This page explains what Cornerstone Handyman (Max Shepherd) does with the information you send through this website or by text, and how text messaging works.

What we collect

• What you send in a work request: your name, the address of the job, your phone number, your email if you give it, job details, photos and preferred dates.
• Text messages you send to (484) 922-8243.

How we use it

Only to answer your request: preparing a quote, scheduling the visit, confirming or reminding you about an appointment, and following up on the work.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our text messaging and form providers), and only to deliver the messages and services you asked for.

Text messages

• If you tick "Text me about this request" on the work request form, text our number first, or agree on a call to a text confirmation, Cornerstone Handyman may text you about that request: quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders and follow-up.
• Seasonal home maintenance reminders are sent only if you separately reply YES to our invitation.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can always call instead.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (484) 922-8243.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Photos

Photos you upload are used only to understand and quote the job. They are never posted publicly or used in advertising without your written permission.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep request details as long as they are useful for your job and your service history. To have your information deleted, text or call (484) 922-8243.
